Post Torsion Bar Adjusted Wrong?

I have recently been thinking about leveling my truck, a 03 supercrew. The way most recommended for leveling my series of truck is cranking the torsion bars. So I went out to check and see these bolts were really as easy to get to as they seamed. I was surprised to see that my drivers side bolt was about 3/4" from bottoming out and my passenger side was only 1/16” to 1/8”. So curiosity got the best of me and I decided to measure my front end. From the bottom of the rim to the top of the wheel well on my drivers side was 31.5” and 32.5” on the passenger side. How could this be?

My fount passenger tire has been loosing air at about 5-10 psi a month, could this be the reason, finally the tire just cant take this misalignment anymore?

Thanks for any help in advance.

how much of the bolt hanging out of the bar really means nothing. i have seen new truck sit crooked, just one of those things.

tire loosing air also has nothing to do with this, probably a leaky valve stem.

It's very common for each bar to be adjusted differently.
