personally, i would swap in a solid rear 9.75 axle out of an F-150, and some leaf springs.

i just dont know when it happend. . . I was down there fixing running lights and saw that was like 'WTF!'

looks like its been cracked or broke for a while. Can tell by all the rust where it has broke. WTF did you do?

I have no idea. used one $65. you cannot get the front bolt out unless you drop the tank of cut it in 3 pieces with sawzall. . I cut it in 3 pieces with sawzall. . . This time its going back in with nut against tank and head of bolt out towards wheel end. . . idiots

Haha Im telling you I ljust love engineers! I work on Caterpillar equipment for a living and everyday I want to kill an engineer for the stupid **** they decide to design! Anyways at least it was a sort of cheap fix. I mean you got lucky all around!

that would be a trailing arm, not a lower control arm.
