its gift giving time..watch who you buy from!!

:santa: i oringinally posted my story here because i purchased an aftermarket suspension lift from 4wheelonline.com.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, THEY ARE BAD NEWS. i would really hate for someone's christmas to be ruined by these guys.

last year they really stiffed me. 500 bucks to be exact.

the details are on the original post. i do not know how to post a link to my original post but if you enter '4wheelonline' in the search area, my story is about the 4th or 5th one down. it titled appropriately--"4wheelonline stole 500 bucks from me!"

read it, lots of good stories. the whole gift giving time of year made me want to bring this back up and have some new readers become aware.

this is the time for giving, not a time to be taken from... otherwise happy holidays everyone!!!

you should check this out, they jipped me out of 500 dollars and didnt even blink an eye. i looked them up on the BBB site, they have a collection of customer complaints longer than santa's christmas list.

Wow there girly, you got some kinda red *** with these clowns, eh? That's good though, service sells and bad news travels fast. In this economy, kissin customer *** is a must. Now, where are some similar online places to order crap for trucks?

try topguncustomz i was looking at getting a kit from them, they carry plenty of stuff at pretty good prices, they'll even let you mix & match what you want. unfortunately santa has to spend his money on some rifles before uncle obama hikes up the prices so the 6" lift's gotta wait

I agree I just bought a stripped ar-15 and lower parts kit, to start my california legal ar-15 build.

I too have had bad experiences with 4wheelonline, its a long story, but I wasnt out 500 bucks thank god, but it did waste a month of my time.

they have a knack for doing that. it makes the pit of my stomach sick everytime i think about it, even more so if they were to get anymore money from unsuspecting customers.

very similar to my experience with them about 5 years ago when i ordered a skyjacker suspension kit for my ranger from them.

i knew nothing about the kits, so didn't bother checking to see if it was right...well installed the thing while i was in college and when i was finished the truck could not be aligned...well after numerous stops at alignment shops i decided to take it to a off road shop and they said that this kit is not made for this truck...so they shipped me a kit that was for a different vehicle.

when i called to explain my situation they didn't belive me and since it was already installed they wouldn't refund my money or send me the correct parts.

took lots and lots of pictures, called up the lawyer and a few weeks later got my money back...the whole thing did cost me a set of tires though(camber was drastically negative), was playing baseball in college and had absolutely no time to get it fixed...so i guess they did cost me some cash.

just to let everyone know...this company is strictly online(they do not install anything and do not have a store that you can walk into) and everyone that works there has no clue about anything.

STAY AWAY from them.

Sounds a lot like a certain brand of leveling kit that is very popular on this forum. They only sell on eBay, do not perform installations, and do not have a store. But people will still buy whatever they can at the lowest price, if they believe they are getting a good deal.
