need advice!!!

ok so i have a full traction on 35s and am wanting to go to 37s so i went to the place where i would get them and they said they would fit but it would take alot of cutting and i asked about lifts such as bilsteins in the front and he said it wouldnt help lift it but i dont understand how it wouldnt help i have stock shocks up front and if i did the bilsteins i would do a aal in the back but if he says it wont lift it i guess ill just do some cutting does he know what hes talkin about or am i wrong

Does the Full Traction lift use the oem shocks and a 6 inch spacer like the Pro COmp lift? If it does, a set of Bilstiens with the preload cranked up will give you 2 inches of lift. Whether or not this is enough to clear 37's will depend on the width of the 37's as well as the width and backspacing of your wheels.

this looks to be the kit you have...so yes if you get the bilsteins and set that at the 2 inch lift sitting, you will get 2 more inches of lift. just like the guys who have the procomp lift, some shops just have no idea...or they do and just wanna sell another lift. i cant wait to get my shop started in a few years.
