Need some help.

Here's my problem. I need a nut for my swaybar end link. I need the bottom one that holds the link to the lower control arm. I called around today to get new links and nowhere can get any for me until the 28th. Does anyone know what size/type nut I can use for this until I can get new links? Right now the bolt from the link is pushed up through the hole and sitting on the lower cotrol arm. Nothing is broken but I don't really want to leave it like that. I pulled the swayarm off today and put the bolt back through it's hole but it pulled back out so that didn't work. Monday morning I have to drive the truck 200 miles so I'd like to get it fixed before then. I don't really want to pull the whole swayarm off since I'll be on the interstate.

Got it fixed. It's an M-12 1.75 nut if this happens to anyone else and they just need to know the size.

those swaybar-end links go out pretty often on F150's

autozone should carry them. or discount auto parts.
