What's the difference?
Whats the diffrence between the fabtech 7½" Performance Crossmember System and the fabtech 7½" Ultimate Long Travel System?:help:
If my memory is correct, the long travel system offers more suspension travel (of course), but increases the front track width a good bit and performs better offroad.

what kits are you talking about in specific.... such as brand names??? so maybe we can get a better idea of what you're talking about...
He's referring to the two different 7.5 inch lifts Fabtech makes for the 97-03 F-150 4x2's.

What are you wanting this lift for? Serious off-roading or street queen?
a lil of both mostly street but i want to be able to take n the woods once n a while, n nothin brake or somthing. nothing like in bud8817's pics, also since the proformance systems lift for the back is lift blocks, can u still put a 3"body lift it?
Both kits will work with a body lift. The lift blocks they are referring to are lift blocks that go between the rear axle and the leaf springs. From what you describe you are using the truck for the standard kit will be fine. I'd probably just get the one that is cheaper.
