Lift Problem

I recently just got my 2005 Supercrew lifted 6" with a BDS block add a leaf setup and it looks amazing but theres a problem, when i turn left or right about every quarter turn it feels as if its catching on something then releases... i called the shop about this and they said that when you lower some part on the steering that its going to happen? my truck is still drive able and doesnt rubb any where but it seems weird that this would happen becaues when it catches some times it makes my steering kinda jerky.. any suggestions would be awesome and no the tires dont rub anywhere..

I'm not sure. I'd try to take a look at the steering while someone turns the wheel. It does look sweet!
