ok if i go with a 6" fabtech could i squeeze 37s on there cuz i have the torsion bars fully cranked

dont see how....if there was a way to run your factory wheels and mount the 37s on those then i would say it might be possible, ive seen some crazy big tires crammed under trucks on stock wheels but generally speaking no, your going to have to add a body lift of at least 2 inches to do that

god i hope so lol...i just bought some 37 procomps but have a 2'' body and am adding a 6'' fabtech...i'll let u know they fit or not...

in all reality you could fit them as long as they are not wider than 12.5 so you could keep your stock wheels... and the tires are gonna crown in the center of the tread and wear faster! and there wont be very much room for flex!

id say get a 3" body lift this will give you plenty of room for 37's and probably enough for 38's for when you get tired of the 37's i know you will!

Dont do it. Honestly, if you want to use your truck offroad, keep your stock CV angles ( a.k.a. dont crank your torsion bars) because then you will have maximum suspension travel offroad for those potholes or mud holes. You will appreciate it and your truck ill too, trust me.

Do the 6" lift with 35s. Don't half ass it, make your truck as capable as possible. Make sure you re-gear too, that will help a ton. 4.56 gears would be optimal for 35s.

hey thanks for the tips, my tbars are already cranked cuz i have 285/75/16s on there (running 16x9 American Racing Bajas) and could i just get my shop to un-crank them?? that way i maintain my stock cv angles. then get the 6" lift and run 315/75/16's..and about the gears. im getting about 10 mi/gallon right now :eek: but if/when i upgrade to the 6" w/ 35s how much better mileage am i lookin at if i get the 4.56 gears.
