schock extenders vs. shocks
 

Hey guys, I could really use ya'lls help to clear up some confusion. I'm wanting to do a 2"/4" drop on my truck. I'm leary of the kits with the shock extenders. I want a good ride and not compromise the hauling ability of my truck. On the other hand the kits w/ the true strut replacements carry a nice price tag that makes me wonder if the the extenders aren't that big of a deal. Just to give ya' an idea, I'm just using the "towing" to carry DJ equipment, occasional 4-wheeler, or boat. I'm looking to do this soon so please give some advice. Thanks.
