im looking to get an 8" lift and a leveling kit for my 2005 fx4 f150. do you guys have any suggestions of what brand i should get. i want a decent one but money is tight. i dont think ill get lower than $2000 but id like to see what you guys say. any info is greatly appreciated.

 

$2000 for an 8" lift ? That would be a GREAT deal.

Honestly, if money is tight, you may want to run the 6" lift or save up more money for the 8". 8" costs more, plus tires are bigger, so they cost more, plus bigger tires means you need to regear which will cost even more ($5,000 EASY and thats doing all your OWN installing).

RIZE is by far the most popular 8" lift out there and everyone on here with it, love it. I beleive CST also make a great quality kit, but a bit more pricey. Use the "search" feature and you can read through a bunch of other people's previous posts. Read up and search around before you pull the trigger. This site offers TONS of info, and some of it is actually true and helpful !!
