I have a 7.5" performance cossmember on my 97 2WD the space between 35x12.50 and the spindles is about a 1/4 inch! could this be a problem? any suggestion, don't want wheel spacers unless just HAVE to. but i have 16x8 wheels i cant run any bigger at all! or it would deffinitaly rub!

 

There is no problem. That is the way the kit is designed. If there was more space the front wheels would be hanging way outside the wheelwells.
