Suspension Problems 6in Pro Comp On 2.5 Spacer Frotn Cv Binding

I Have A 06 F150 With A 6in Pro Comp Lift And A 2.5 Daystar Spacer On Top. When I Go I 4wd, My Angle Is To Much On Front Cv So It Vibs Real Bad. I Know What My Problem Is But Don't Wont To Take Off Spacer B/c I Get Extra Lift. What Options Do I Have, I've Seen A Lot Of You Guys Doing It But Other Than That I Don't Know. Thanks

(welcome to the site!) and do you have the stage one procomp lift with the big ole spacer up front? If so, it just really isn't a good idea to be stacking spacers. If this is the case... maybe look into some aftermarket coilovers that you can crank up to get the lift your looking for.

The coilovers wont solve your cv angle, it all depends on how high you crank them up. If you leave them at there factory set height you wont gain any additional lift.
so id say do it right and ditch the 2 spacers and get some adjustable coilovers.
talk to kansasjoe, he is a member here and is great to work with. or call the company direct.

Do you really need the extra lift? If not I will take that 2.5" spacer off, you could try a 1.5" if you really need the extra lift.

There are TONS of places... really depends on the price your looking to pay (and thanks for the compliment). Sway a way have some of the best coilover in my honest opinion... but they get pretty pricey. http://www.swayaway.com/. You can get better, but prices keep going up. FabTech makes the Dirt Logic Coil Overs. I have no personal experience with them so i can't say either way. They are priced very decent and look real nice. Maybe Nooq or someone else (I know one of these guys has tried like three or so different companies) can chime in on there "where to buy em" and which ones are best suited for your application. You off-road? Do anything other than pound the pavement? Also... got some pics??

Make sure the driveshaft has been reclocked. If it hasn't, it will produce what you are describing in 4wd at high speeds.

Edit: You should still try to unstack the spacers. A cheaper way would be with the Bilstein andjustable 5100's.

Here you go, Fabtech DL 2.5's, also...if you report a lower price it will give you there lowest price they will sell them and you can buy it at that price.

Using adjustable coilovers to keep the same amount of lift will not fix your CV axle problem.

The only way to keep the amount of lift you have and fix your CV axle angle would be, take out the 2.5" spacer and put a 3" body lift on.

Thanks For The Info Guys, I Really Appriciate The Help. I Just Need To Decide What To Do. I Really Don't Have The Money For The Coilovers Right Now And That Won't Really Fix My Problem. And I Need New Tires Too, But If I Take Out My Spacer I'll Have To Put 35's On It Instead Of Possibly 37's. Thanks For All Of Your Help And Helping A Newbbie.

35" tires are nice... nothing to look down on. I know they aren't 37's but when on a budget, sometimes ya gotta make a comprimise. maybe buy used 35" tires... take out the 2.5" spacer and save up for the body lift, best way to go IMO, it will fix your angles (good idea acm!) and still give you a nice tall stance your looking for. Just another idea...

i vote you should have never bought a procomp in the first place, and that you take off that spacer and buy a body llift.
