Steering wheel wobble when braking

I have done some searches but just wanted to get an update on what the possible causes could be. When braking i get steering wheel wobble until i come to a complete stop. Any idea what could be causing this? I know i need new front brakes, and probably re-surface the rotors, but i just want to make sure i dont need to replace anything else when i have it all torn apart...Thanks guyz.

dont turn them they are cheap enough to just get new ones turning them makes them thinner and and they heat up faster and will just warp again

yea thats what i figured they were. I am going to just re-surface them. there shouldnt be any need to replace the rotors already.
