body lift?

I have a 2005 FX4 SCAB with 305X65X18 tires and 18X10 wheels.

I really want to get a suspension lift, but do not have the cash right now. So, I would like to get a body lift to raise my truck this winter. I do not have rub on even surfaces, but on uneven surfaces, I do. With the winter coming and snow and ice buildup around the fenders, I need to raise my truck up to there is no rubbing. Should I get a body lift? And if so, what is the best kit out there?

Get a Performance Accessories body lift. It's all round the best. I plan on getting one installed this coming summer.
