Clicking Sound

When I Turn My Wheel To The Right It Makes This Wierd Sound. I Think It Might Be My Wheel Bearings But I Dont Know , It Only Makes The Sound When I Am Going Forward...and Its Coming From My Left Front Wheel ,what Do You Guys Think

If you have a 4X4 I would say you have a CV shaft problem. If you have a 4X2 could just be a rock behind the rotor. Pull the wheel off and look for anything that doesn't look normal.

the same thing happens to me only it happens when I go over bumps. I just changed out my shocks because every time I hit a bump my front end would squeak. Now i have this annoying passenger side thump. ????? any help would be appr. I have a 2000 f-150 183,000 miles I have had the passenger side upper ball joint replace twice. Do I need it done a third time????
