A couple of months ago I noticed a squeaking noise that I thought was a belt. It is not a belt. I get the squeaking noise when I go over bumps or when I rock the truck when it's parked. I think it might be the springs squeaking.

Truck is 1998, 4x2, 5.4L

Can anyone help with suggestions?

I have a 98 Expedition which recently started to do the exact same thing, I crc'd all of the underside componets which seemed to control the squeaking for a good month but just yesterday I noticed that the squeaking came back

 

Balljoints? Steering stabilizer bushings?
