'04 Heritage parts, where to buy?

I have an '04 F150 Heritage and I seem to be having major difficulty in find body and or suspension lift kits for this vehicle. Anybody have a good source for aftermarket parts for this truck. I am particularly interested in a 3" body lift kit.
If you happen to have part numbers, even better.

Thanks in advance,

Jim

Would it not be the same parts as for an 03?

Because it's just a carryover from '03 that what I was thinking, but I'm not sure...

Yes, they are an 03 titled as 04. All 03 parts should fit.

the radiator and mounting brackets are identical. Nothing was changed on the heritage model. Im almost positive they simply build them to deplete the on-hand inventory of parts at the manufacturing plants.
