After much debate...

I've decided to quit settling for less in terms of what I want to do with my truck. I am gonna save up a little more money and order a 6" Fabtech Lift. The best price I have seen so far is $1400. That seems pretty good to me. Hopefully this could be possible in a few months! :rocker:

good choice, youll be glad in the long run.

Nice decision.

I'm doing the same thing. i could afford a spacer/body lift route right now, but i'd rather save up for the better quality option. I'm sure my truck will appreciate that too.

good choice!!! when i first got my truck i really wanted to get a body lift and 35's but my friends made me wait they said i would hate my self later.... so i waited and im more than happy with my decission!

Whoa really? What shop? The only place around here I am familiar with I believe is called 4 Wheel Drive Performance in Manchester, CT. I was just gonna order the kit offline at some point and maybe do it myself, or have them install, but let me know please.

I will get you the details. The owner is leaving for a truck show tonight. I think Indiana? so I probably wont be able to touch base with him until next week on Tuesday

Hey any word on that yet? Also is that where you got your's from and did he install it for you or did you do it yourself? Just curious because $400 is a really good price, so if he did it for you I just wanted to make sure you were happy with the work. Thanks!

I did the install myself.
They should have gotten home early this morning from the Indiana show. I will touch base with them either tonight or tomorrow

Ok thanks! I would really like to try and install it myself to save money, I just don't want to mess anything up. I think my father might be willing to help me if I can convince him and we have plenty of tools and jacks. Also my friend lifted his F350 on his own with some additional help and he said he could try and help as well. Is there any tools I need that I wouldn't normally have....like do I need a Pitman arm puller? My friend said I would need that? or torsion bar remover? How long did it take you?
