need help!!!!!

Hi there ,I want to know if is easy to change the torcion bar cuz I got one broken (where can find one chip?) Im from NJ thank you

Im pretty sure u need a special tool to get it off. I think they are under alot of tension. But that is all i know about removing it. Sorry.
