Sounds like a great deal to me. I paid $80 to have the fronts installed. I did the rears and haven't gotten an alignment <----need tires so why bother.

Hey anyone know if i can run the 0''-2''adjustable bilsteins cranked up with my 2.5'' leveling kit to acheive a 4.5'' front lift? That would be sweet then i can add a 2'' rear block!! Just wondering!!!

Way too much angle on your cv's. You'd need to drop the diff with that kind of height.

I agree. In fact, I doubt you could even get your front end bolted back together with that combo.

Someone said a new track ball and something else would make it work i forgot. Just sounds like a easy way to get 4.5'' lift out the front end i dunno.

They don't know what they're talking about. First off, they're probably talking about a trac bar which a F150 doesn't even have. They do have a sway bar which probably wouldn't fit either. Like Wandell said, I doubt you'd even be able to hook the upper ball joint to the knuckle the way you're talking.
