Best way to fix squat (blocks or aal?)

As we all know Fords can squat pretty fast when you load them. I have leveled out my screw to fit tires. Now I need to put about 1" of rake back. Either loading up the bed or hooking up my boat makes it squat. What is the best way - news rear blocks or AAl? I really don't want to mess up the ride.
