SkyJacker AAL

Do you get a true 1.5" lift from the SkyJacker AAL or is it more/less?

Does anyone have before and after measurements?

Thanks.

I can't put my fingers on the measurements right now, but mine was 1.5" on the money both sides.

How hard was it to install? And how much stiffer did it make the ride?

In your driveway with just a jack is a witch (get a bud and 2 jacks) ...

it will be a little stiffer.

I got 2" out of the one that came with my 3"SJ lift. I would say only a little stiffer. I am thinking about one for my new truck due to the 2" A.S. making it a hair higher than the rear.

Hunter, you are higher in the front with the 2" AS kit?

I just have to do the measurements to see if I will still fit in the garage with the 2.5 AS and 1.5 AAL.

Yup, get a friend to help. I did mine alone and it took me HOURS. All I used was basic tools, a jack, and jack stands. Jack stands only run about 25 bucks if you dont have any. The ride is a little stiffer but you can hardly notice.

Yes, by just a hair on one side of the truck, and by a 1/4" on the other. I would definitely go with the 2" if your going for the level look. If your planning on going with a AAL the 2.5" is fine, which is what I had on the 05.

Its weird, every truck is definitely different. The '07 is higher in the front with a 2" than my '05 was with the 2.5". That is also with bigger tires though on the 07.
