I'm new to this lifting stuff!

HEy guy,

I never really be into lifting tell I notice how clean those trucks sitting mean on the streets. I just bought me a 06 2wd lariat and I am ordering me some 28inch rims and the total height with tires are around 31-33inchs. The wheels are 28x10 what height lift will I need to clear them? Also I notice some of yall trucks tires stick out and some dont. IS it because the width of the wheels on some or it depends on the lift type? Thanks for any info I really appreciate it.

I am very serious and I need some info asap and what yall think will be the best suspension lift kit for me and what height thanks guys. My homeboy freind has a escalade ext with 28's but I did not get any info from because he moved out of town. The most I new it was a 6inch suspension lift can I use the same height or what thanks guys.

Why would you need a 6" list if the tire height will be 31-33 inches?? Just put a leveling kit on and you will be fine..

So on a 05 yukon would i beable to do a leveling kit also or what? I have this nice deal with a guy that will give me a good price if i buy 2 sets. The 05 yukon is also 2wd. So would a leveling kit work I know this is a ford forum, but I was just wondering if I decide to do my yukon for shows later on? Also both of my vehicals have aftermarket brakes and stuff because I feel peronsally stock was not as good as aftermarket. Ok the tires are 325/35/28 so a leveling kit should be fine? I really appreciate all the help thanks alot guy. If anyone of you that have alot of info about what I will need to set this up right please give me a email address to ask you a few questions because I am very anxious to get it done.

This is the pic of his truck with the 6inch lift kit with 28x10 and tire size 325/35r/28 so I assume 6inch lift kit ?
