Can't find Lift Blocks for 06 F150!

I need to find a source for lift blocks for my 06 F150. I want to either add a 2 inch block or replace the stock block with a 4 inch block. The problem is every block I find has only 1 line up pin and the Ford blocks have 2. Can anyone give me a source?

I have been looking for lift blocks and U bolts as well for the 2006. I have a 4x2 and want to get some lift blocks for it, if you end up getting a 4" block, and are getting rid of the stock blocks (2") that came with your truck, let me know. I will be willing to buy them for you, and if i find a site that has lift blocks for it, i will let you know, the only site i found thats close is https://www.xmission.com/~liftkit/store/checkout.cgi and then click home and you should find them.

Call all of the major lift companies and see if any of them make a 4" block. I swear my Rancho kit came with a 4" block but I emailed them recently, due to a thread on here, and they told me otherwise. Its worth a shot though.

The only place I have found, other than Factory Ford 2" blocks, are Fabtech which makes the 2" block & the 5" block. No one else that I have found in my 2 months of research makes any other sizes......Iric

Well I ordered some that are supposed to fit. Found them at www.autopartswarehouse.com. Part # FTSBK2. I sure hope they work.

Gman, what size block did you order? and let me know if they do work, because i need to get a 2" block and would love to get one soon, so i can install it. Thank you.

I ordered the 2 inch block. They are Fabtech and are supposed to have the double line up pin. We will see. The part # I attached is for the 2 inch.

Yes, they will work. The pin setup is the same. These are the blocks that came in the Fabtech 6" lift kit I installed & I have a 2WD. The Fabtech blocks are identical to the ones from the factory. I think that is where Fabtech gets them from.....Iric

O.K. this has been a major pain in the butt. The blocks I listed above came in today and they did not work, they have only one pin. The company I ordered them from had it wrong.
I called Fabtech and they have a 2 pin block but they are 3 times the cost of a 1 pin. I called the local Ford dealer and ordered the OEM blocks for $64.00 per set and I will have them Mon. or Tues.
I called the local spring shop and they will build custom u bolts for app.$15.00 a piece while I wait.
So I thought you guys would like to know this. Unless my math is wrong I will have the 2" rear lift for around $110.00.
