Unhappy suspension

I Have A 1999 Ford F-150 & My Problem Is My Steering Wheel Shakes Back And Forth At 63mph & Up. I Have Gone Completly Through The Front End. I Repalaced All Tie Rod Ends, Upper A Frames, Lower A Frame Bushings,ball Joints, Anchor Pitman Arm, Steering Gear Box, Steering Gear Box Arm, Power Steering Pump.hade The Rotors Milled, New Ceramic Brake Pads, The Tires Balanced 2 Times, 4 Whell Alignment. I Also Took It Out On The Freeway, & Got Up To The Speed Thats The Steering Wheel Shakes Put My Truck In Neutral & The Steering Wheel Still Shakes. Please Help

I've had steering wheel shimmies b4, and it was a bad set of tires. It wasn't that they were out of balance, it was that they were defective.

Unhappy shimmy in my steering wheel

probably tried these but thought Id mention..
Checked for a bent rim right? rotate the fronts to the back?
try to find a buddy with similar size tires /wheels and borrow em.
still sound like tire or wheel related.

Do you have aftermarket wheels? The factory rim is centered on the hub with an o-ring. Some aftermarket rims use the lug nuts to center the rim. Are your tires real wide? I have also seen wide tires cause this. Usually a steering damper will cure it. Also if your truck has alot of miles on it, the steering gear could be loose or the steering shaft/joint. Hope this helps.

NO I HAVE THE WHEELS THAT CAME NEW WITH THE TRUCK I DONT HAVE ANY O-RINGS WITH MY WHEELS. I HAVE THE SAME SIZE TIRES THAT CAME NEW WITH THE TRUCK. IHADE THE STEERING DAMPER CHANGED. I ALSO HADE THE STEERING GEAR BOX CHANGED. I THANK YOU FOR YOUR IMPUT BUT I HAVE DONE ALMOST EVERY THING TO FIX THE PROBLEM BILL
