would this combonation work?

Would i be able to fit 37's on a rancho 4 inch lift for my 05 screw with a 3 inch body lift? Ive been told that the rancho kit is more lik a 5 inch kit....so i would have like......8 inches of lift possible plus tire lift...

I would go ahead and get the 6 inch Fabtech lift personally.

with a body lift and suspension you can fit a 38", youll have to do some body trimming, and i believe youll need to cut a little *** that pokes off the front of your lower A arm so ya dont wear a hole in the tire when your fully cranked, but ive heard that with anythin over a 35 on an f150, your driveshafts and axles should be replaced with more heavy duty ones. Just what ive heard though not sure how true that is
