body lift and dual pipes?

I know that when i get a body lift (PA) it will lift the body and not the exhaust system. I have seen trucks that have dual pipes that are like 3-4 inches below the back bumper. I thikn this looks really bad personaaly.and i wanted to make sure before i bought the body lift that there is some way to fix this or prevent it. and if there is a way to fix it, how much will it cost me?

thanks in advance

on a side note..how much harder is the pa lift if i only have a floor jack not a lift.. I have a 2001 4x4 screw

Any decent exhaust shop ought to be able to modify your exhaust to fit properly. If you were out here in CA I'd be able to point you to a great shop.
