A leveling kit isn't needed because the preload on the torsion bars is adjustable. All you need to do is crank up the preload and have the alignment checked afterwards.
There are a few companies selling "leveling kits" for 97-03 F-150 4x4's which consist of a set of torsion bar adjustment keys that are indexed differently than the stock keys. However, they do the same thing as cranking up the stock adjustment keys, they increase preload on the torsion bars. Why would you pay to do something you can do for free?

I just don't wanna mess up my front end???? I guess as long as I get my front end checked afterwards, it'll be alright, have you done this to your truck?? and hows the ride afterwards??

I cranked my torsion bars up about one turn. They had a good bit of preload from the factory. As you crank them up, the initial portion of the suspensions travel will be a little stiffer. Some people love the increased stiffness, some hate it. Just try it yourself and see what you think. Just don't drive around for weeks without getting your alignment corrected.

Hey Wandell,
With the new indexing rings you were talking about... Woulld those lessen the wear on the front end or is it just the same exact thing?

Same thing, only more of it. They increase preload on the torsion bars, just allow you to increase it more than with the stock adjustment keys.
