A body lift lifts the truck by lifting the body off the frame. It uses spacers that are installed between the body and frame at the body mounting points. You can buy 2 and 3 inch body lifts. A suspension lifts the suspension. How depends on the truck. Some use drop down brackets for the suspension mounting points(IFS), some use different lift springs (solid axle trucks). You can find prices online at any of the accessory places like 4Wheel Parts etc. Installation cost depends on where you are located. It can vary greatly.
