Rancho Setting

Which setting does everyone use for the RSX9000? I put mine at 4 in the front and 5 in back and it rattles like crazy inside the cab. I never knew the stock shocks were so soft.

Well i got my truck 2 months ago new its a 2wd v8 excab with no lift. I mostly drive around city and some highway. When im driving highway alot i put them on the softest "1". But i keep mine on 3 in the front and 3 in the back for city it rides better to me and handles better. Have fun wiht the shocks they are badassed.

Setting 7 in the front
Setting 5 in the rear unloaded. Setting 7 to 9 depending on load in rear.

3 front
1 rear (unloaded)

If I want handling then

5 front
3 rear (unloaded)

I seldom drive with the bed loaded, otherwise I would adjust the rear to what the front is.

I came up with the 3/1 setting by drivig down a road under construction where the cement dropped of a few inches to gravel. I noticed the difference in bounce between the front and rear and tried to match them.

The 5/3 was trial an error based on handling. I set it at 9/7 one day and liked that setting for cornering.
