Post DJM

I put a 4/6 on my truck from DJM. I got the kit through www.godfathercustoms.com for about $800 with every thing. If you want to go lower than that you can call godfather(1-888-844-8800) and they have a 7/9 kit (can we say low).

Just my 2 cents

Cool

It's funny because chassis tech always slams DJM about quality of materials. I think the DJM stuff is good, but the Western Chassis stuff is excelent quality and less expensive than the DJM stuff. Western Chassis also now has 4/6 kits with lowered control arms also.

7/9 drop! Wow, too low for me. I am thinking about going with the 4/6 with air in the back. I'll have to get my 20"s first to see what works best. Western Chassis seems to be the choice for me. Anyone know about their warranty?

I like the KMC Viper wheels in 20". Saw them on a lowered white F-150......Sharp!!

The western chassis stuff I got was from Sport Truck Direct out of truckin' magazine. I can tell you it is built out of thick, tough, solid steel. Much beefier than the stock hangers and shackles. I only lowered 3/5 though.

Did you guys buy your drop kits first and then you wheels or was it the other way around. I think its better to get the 20"s first and then drop the truck to fill the gaps.

Cool

Yeah, you go lower then a 4/6 than you are really messin the truck up. Some of my really good buddies on here have 2/4 drops and that seems to look the best in my opinion.

This is still the best lookin F150 I have ever seen. Mumbly's Roush. Kick ***!
