Replaceing rear Leafs!

I have a 1998 F-150 4x4 without the tow package and I was wondering if I would be able to replace my factory leafs with some leafs that would help reduce the rear end sag on my truck! I don't want to increase the load capacity I just want to get rid of the sag! I have looked at the overload springs and the air bags, but the springs look to weak and the air bags seem like to much of a hassle to keep adjusting all the time! I am just wondering if it is possible to do a Leaf swap for beefier leafs! let me know what you all think?
