I hope someone knows something that works real well because I have the light light tan leather. It almost looks dirty already!! Anyone know something that will keep it looking good and not pick up scuffs and dirt?

I'm using Tanners on mine. Do a search for the topic. I remember a discussion about cleaners and conditioners a while back.

BTW - I remembered the name of the discount gas station/truck stop on RT 75 in Union - Supernal Oil. The Mgr. - Bob Morton lived in Union.

SCREWKING: No way my window sticker says right here it is genuine PLEATHER. https://www.f150online.com/f150board/smile.gif Actually I heard they made the King Ranch seats from the cows they suspected of Hoof n mouth on the King Ranch.jk
I guess I was'nt very sneaky. Using the little happy face behind glasses was probably my first give away.
I actaully drive past the King Ranch on the way to the valley in south Texas when visiting family, BIG spread!

Suppose to be the biggest privately owned Ranch in the world. Wonder what would happen if I got some sheepskin seat covers from Vermont to cover my hoof & mouth King Ranch seats? I don't see what makes Britain so Great

My father in law went hunting on the King Ranch. I was told they have some heards from Africa on the land. He has a picture with some strange looking antilope he shot.

P.S. Did anyone ever come up with a great way to keep light colored Pleather clean?

Yes they did. Go to the home page of F-150 Online. It's this months special. Those weren't antilope they were Impalas, That's where they get the Pleather interiors from!!! Leave it to GM

Tanner's Preserve Leather Cleaner/Conditioner

I've had my truck for a month (today) and these are my first leather seats and am ready to clean and condition them. They aren't really dirty yet but I guess it won't hurt to start now. Has anyone used Tanner's Preserve ? The Cleaner comes in a spray and the conditioner comes in a cream. I also have this newer product made by 3M called REFRESH scented (citrus mist) Vinyl & Leather Protectant. I tried some on my vinyl parts and it works great without the greasy feel and smells great! I also use meguires vinyl protectant..good stuff too. Just wondering if the Tanners product is good (it must be since it has been made since 1865 and I hope so, I already bought it https://www.f150online.com/f150board/wink.gif Thanks in advance.

Hey Screwking (and cantex):

What do you suppose Lirpa Sloof would look like bearing down on you in your rear-view mirror?

I imagine with a name like that he would be driving a volvo! Definitly sounds Swedish.
