How to Program 2 new remote entry's POB's

I've ordered 2 remote keyless entry POB's. Does anyone know how to program them to work on my new '07 XLT F150 SuperCrew? The truck did not come with any when purchased.

Are you sure your new truck has remote keyless entry? It should have come with the key fobs if it, indeed, has a remote keyless entry system. I don't think just having the keyless entry keypad on the door guarantees that it has remote capability.

The truck has keyless entry. It has the keyless entry conbination lock on the drivers door and one of the Tech's at the dealer went through the process of programing a remote to see if the locks would actuate and they did.

The dealer service department did in fact confirm that the truck should have had remote POB's with it. They order a set and will be in next Monday. So now I'll have an extra one.

Great - Glad they stepped up to their responsibility. Just didn't want to see you spend money on the remotes if they wouldn't do any good.

That is good to see they're gonna order them gratis. They'll be able to program them too. BTW - get a third key while you still have two so you can program it yourself.

Yep, I did the same thing getting an extra key for my '04 STX.
I got the key cut but I never got aound to programing it.

Turn your key in the ign from the off to the on position eight times and you will hear the locks cycle. The "on" position is the position just before start. than hold down the lock and unlock buttons together on the keyless entry fob at the same time and you will hear the locks cycle one more time. Than hold the buttons down on the second fob and the locks will cycle one more time registering that fob. When finished turn the key to the off position to finish the registering
