Hey Patman, that is just getting started for a Ford! It is a drag to see the miles keep adding though huh. At least you're driving a solid truck and not one of those "other trucks", so you know you'll be good to go. Have fun with it. Sean

Patman Feb 6, 2007 09:37 PM

yah up until i hit the 3 year mark, still felt like a new truck.... Im sure it will feel like new again once i full flush the tranny :D

seansolo Feb 6, 2007 09:42 PM

That's cool. Yeah just keep doing fun stuff to it to make it "new" again. Either mechanical or like me....I've been hit by the aftermarket bug. I just did the K&N CAI and a Billet Grille, and now I'm wheel shopping. Anything new can add many more miles of driving pleasure. Laterrr

Silver05screw Feb 8, 2007 09:15 AM

That's nothing. My 2005 already has 46,000 miles.

Hey Patman,

You should stop by a Dealership one day and say I want to trade it in, how much wil you give me...................Then watch their expression when they see the odometer............Priceless

Or just asked them do you have a 400,000 warranty

I'd be laughing right out the door saying I think I'll keep it

you do realize its 40,000 not 400,000 right?

Keith460 Feb 8, 2007 02:19 PM

Yeah, post again when it hits 400,000. That 40,000 on the truck is just getting broken-in.

I have 75,000 on my 02 Screw now and the last Ford pickup I owned from new got 360,000 miles out of it when the frame rusted through and PA inspection would not let me drive it anymore.

Oh sorry, let me know when it does then I'll re-post it

ws6_guyscrew Feb 8, 2007 05:29 PM

pssh......, my F150s at 86,000 still a Hemi killer, & my F250s at 109,000 and is stronger than the F150

Screwdriver Feb 10, 2007 10:11 AM

I'm sitting at 109000 on the '01 Supercrew. She's hanging in there. Torsion bars creak like bedsprings at a whorehouse over speedbumps though.

dgpitkin Feb 10, 2007 04:28 PM

My 2005 Screw has 53000 miles as of today, only had it 19 months! Looking to go at least 200,000 miles before the next rig.
