truck won't go into gear
 

My F150 will not go into gear while it is turned on. It will go into gear if you turn the key half way and then put in neutral and then start it. Also at the same time this happened the power windows, wipers and the buzzer for the door doesn't work. All the fuses are good.

If you need to turn the truck to the run postion, and plut the gear shift level to neutral to start it, and get it into gear, the shift interlock is not working.

First question, are you having problems with your brake lights also ?

Some MY the interlock is part of the brakes, others it is seperate ( that is why I asked for the MY ).
