How many had moonroofs?
what years and percentage of Screws had sunroofs?

As far as I know, sunroofs have been an option since the SCrews came out.

Not sure how you are going to find out what % has them, though.

and, they started coming out with the supercrews in 2001.

My gen 1 01 has one as well and no problems yet, 79K miles.
