Forgot to research this section..........
Found Martin Mfg, Inc. info www.martinmfginc.com
727-546-1896 This is the company that made me the "Bazooka Boost" pulley (11-12psi). Great quality and finish. I just ordered a replacement pulley.

I told him that I just trashed my second stock pulley. He knew exactly the symptoms my truck was experiencing and said that, if you do not tighten the nut enough and or do not use locktight, the pulley gets loose on the shaft and starts beating up against the keyway key.

......yeah the lightning engine and parts are just setting there waiting on me

Yeah, its ironic......
I now have the money to do whatever I want to the truck (built engine, tranny, etc. with lightning setup and twinscrew headunit, black leather interior, new paint) but now, I have no time to "getter done".

FYI
Used Magnacharger/Allen Kit has over 90,000 miles on it and my engine/tranny has over 150,000 miles on it and its still running strong.

Need More Power

Hi Crash, I am new to this forum. I have been looking at installing yet another upgrade. So far, Corsa exhaust, KN intake, Edge chip, King Shocks at the corners, Baer Extreme 15inch front rotors w/six piston calipers, Rear Decelerotors. The truck stops like a Corvette, but sadly lacks acceleration, especially with the addition of the 35 Procomp tires on 20 inch rims. I have about 5500 miles on the truck after seven months and do not plan on driving it mich more than 7-10k/year. However, when I get on it I really would like to feel some power. The Magnacharger kits I have found are up close to 5K.
Can you help me with a direction on a purchase. Do you know of anyone that would install in Tucson, Phoenix? I hate to list all the additions as it make me sound like a jerk/braggard. All the stuff I have bought I have found at a relatively modest cost and with some help of freinds the install has not been bad. I have always dreamed of owning a truck setup like this and although disabled enjoy every trip to the desert or just bopping aroud town with the Alpine/JL stereo LOUD!! I enjoy reading your post, Thank you, arizonafanatic

Its been awhile. Still have my supercharged 1999 F150. Over 200K miles with over 150K miles Magnacharged. Today, the truck started pinging like crazy. Found out that my third (3rd) intercooler pump died. Since my second (2nd) transmission was blown in my Hummer H2, I took the H2s supercharger kits intercooler pump off and put it on the F150. Its a bigger pump and the F150 actually runs better. I guess increased flow helps. During the process, started thinking about this site and decided to update this thread.

Next truck will be a 1953 to 1956 Ford F100, customized to have a supercab. I guess, I will always prefer a curvy ride

Hope everyone is doing well.

That's awesome to hear! And welcome back! We need more folks in the blower section. I to found benefits with a higher volume pump. I installed a Jabsco pump on my set up and dropped IAT's at WOT by 10 degrees. https://www.f150online.com/forums/su...tall-test.html

Wow! The site looks great. Have not been here for a while. I see my thread has over 63,800 views as of this date.

This thread helped me and others, as well as provide some entertaining reading. My original 1999 supercharged f150 is setting in a field with a blown engine. I replaced it with my late fathers f150. Still have the magna charger system. Plan to install it in my father's truck. He would get a kick out of it.

Don't know how many of the old crew is still around. Hope you all are enjoying your supercharger adventures as much as I did and still do!

i think the power level of new trucks and how easy it is to make a ecoboost go, the supercharger market is down.

I was at the track Friday night running 13's in my lightning and a 4 door , fairly new ecoboost 4x4 was running 12.2.

i finally gave in and got an limited ecoboost yesterday. (lightning is 23k mile garage queen, son got my 12 harley f150)

pretty sure it is fatherford on another sight for ecos with about the best looking newer f150 i have seen, tremor, lower, rims and nice upgrades to the motor. If it is not him ..sorry The way the tremor should have been offered!
