Fuel Filter for Boosted Engine
 

Is the standard FG1114 sufficent for a Boosted 5.4 3v with a Fore Innovations dual pump, or is there a recommended upgrade?

I'm not boosted, but my quick disconnect jammed up and got broke one day when I was changing the fuel filter. So I had to cut it off and flair it and I used high pressure fuel injection hose and fuel injection clamps to hold grip onto the filter.

When I change the fuel filter, I also change the small section of hose as a precaution. I got a roll of it for cheap anyways.

However, I am thinking of getting canister filter like this and mounting it to the frame rail:
