Finally need to just swap the whipple supplied smooth idler pulley..

After feeding this pulley new bearings to eat for the last 2 years I'm now convinced my pulley is just bogus.
I'm looking for a new one, or any recommendations on a better alternative..
it's the pulley to the right of the whipple manual tensioner pulley. About 1.50" in diameter.

That's the 48 mm pulley. Mine came with Nachi 6203 NSE bearings.

Thanks for the help.

Yup that's the one. I've put fresh bearings in it a few times but one of the 2 never last. I swapped it for a 70mm smooth pulley and so far so good. Better belt wrap and it's just a single bearing now.

Although they are slightly larger at 50 MM these Metco pulleys can also be used in place of the Whipple 48 MM pulleys.
