Apparently picking up my motor next week finishing it up over the weekend he said engine builder said that he found a bad/defective tensioner which has most likely been my problem this whole time. crossing my fingers

Got the engine back over the weekend and it is back in just have a few things left to do. Should be finished over the weekend. Here is the pic of the bad piston and a update
