Any other 6.2 boosted f150s out there ???
I am always seeing the 5.4 and seldom a 5.0 but not many 6.2 supercharged f150s ... I mean all I have done is the Roush charger and exhaust as it's my daily driver, but only ever see raptors that are boosted and they are no fun because it's not even a race when they wanna play... Are there not many f150s with the 6.2 ?? I mean the Harley's have them, the limited, platinum had the option even the FX4 does now ... So what the efff??

Quite a few supercharged 5.0's over at F150forums.com
They are running in the high 11's and low 12's on just boost from the TVS blowers (Magnason, Roush, Edlebrock.
Not sure how many 6.2 Non Raptors are out there. I believe one of the F150forums guys has a supercharged Harley truck. Been a while since I saw it.

i have really considered it.
my problem. truck runs really good stock, still under warranty, can run 87 octane no problem and i tow a travel trailer maybe 6 time a year and it does a fantastic job. drove my car all weekend and the truck could just never run that good with such little fuss.
i am also thinking that the new f150 with aluminum body and a ecoboost is going to be the real hot ticket. one with a tune and exhaust will probably run about like mine with a s/c. on resale i will never see the s/c money back.

I heard the 5.0 could join the ranks of the Ecoboost family... I just cannot remember where I heard that... Sorry.
Until then, we are working through severe traction issues on a ProCharged 5.0. It made 488 RWHP at only 7 PSI (194 HP gain, and conservative!). No timing advance.
A twin turbo 5.0? Oh yeah. Too bad Ford will never give us a boost controller...

No doubt! A REG CAB STYLESIDE and a 6.2 L 6-speed?
I saw the marketing video. But did they use 3.73s or 4.10s in the Tremor? I Don't remember. I like 5-speeds with a 3.55 LS but would probably go with a 3.73 LS or locker on a 6-speed. Both combinations perfect for highway use!
Isn't it funny that the big three went through the "No substitute for cubic inches" phase, ie- 429 CI, down to a 281 (Even supercharged), and now engines have grown to a 6.2 L V-8! The V-10 was a 6.8 L!
And 455 CI meant 450/510 in the 70s on one of the bad boys (Buick GSX). We hit 488 with the 5.0 (281) with just a little boost!
Then, think of adding a big blower or twin turbos to a 6.2? OMG.
Right- We can dream can't we?

Like the Kooks. Had them coated. Made the truck quite a bit louder. I feel a difference in power. But, will not know how much I gained until I get dynotuned. Waiting for a new pulley to get back the 2 psi I lost after install. Install was pricey. I was told they were a b**ch to install.
