Dang Brisk Spark Plugs

Well my truck was running like crap tonight after a 2 hour trip, back firing and missing. So I got the scanner out and it pulled up P0357 and P0358. Well thinking it was a COP problem I pulled the COPs and reseated fired the truck up and heard a hissing sound. Put my hand on cylider 7 COP and it was moving up and down.... So I pulled the plug out and the dang porcelin and center electrode are moving and spinning.... So it looks like tomorrow I will be installing a set of HT0's after I gap them. This just makes me mad since I paid over 15 bucks a piece for the Brisk back in May.. sorry just ranting.

well out of the 7 remaining plugs you could see where exhaust was leaking around 4 of them. Gapped the HTO's with my ghetto gap tool and I swear the truck is running a heck of a lot better. Fixin to go on a 1-2 hr cruise will post pictures of the ghetto gapper when I am back.

No ****? I have some Brisk plugs and haven't used them yet. I guess I'll hold on to my HTOs and buy a gapper tool!

well here it is the ghetto gapper

pic of before and after gapping. not real clear because of cell phone pic.

Drove the truck all day today and it runs like a champ. Emailed Brisk and the company I bought the plugs from to see if they have a manufactures defect warranty and still have not heard from either one yet.
