now all i need is crank pulley (unless I can use the original crank pulley left over from when I stuck on the MAC 3 piece underdrive pulleys)

39# injectors and 90mm MAF to match the 255lph fuel pump and it'll be ready for a tune

Nice, have fun with it!

Sweet.

Here are some suggestions based on my experience, since it's all apart anyways:
- Change the oil in the supercharger. Make sure you don't turn the blower upside-down after you do.
- Replace the bearings in the pullies. Don't get them from Procharger, they'll charge you like $50 for a pully/bearing assembly. Just remove the pullies, the bearing slide right out. Take the bearings to a bearing supply shop, get the best high-temp/high-speed bearings they have (likely NSK). Get some spares while you're at it, because they're a wear item and will fail from time to time.
- Contact Mike Dunn (madferraristi on this site, or http://www.madenterprise.com/F150.htm) and talk to him about his special bolt kit. For some installations, the bolts that attach the mounting plate to the engine are crappy (mine rubbed the belt...Mad's bolts fix this).
- Get some washers so you can shim the pullies after you mount everything. The pullies rarely are in perfect alignment with the belt/crank pulley.

If I can think of anything else, I'll post up.

Looks like fun - enjoy!
You may want to look at the Motoblue interchangable lower pulleys
( rpmoutletdotcom?). I'm not sure that it will align with yours, but it bolts onto a stock 5.4 HB.
