New Magnacharger install, won't start/run

Just finished the install today . It's on a 5.4 2005 FX4. The ECU was flashed and returned to me (Mahle Powertrain) , and it acts as if the ign. key no longer is coded to the new ecu. I have searched the archives--no luck. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. All sensor wires check out correct (lots of cables extended), good battery, good fuel press, good cranking ...just No start up:confused:
When I insert the scanner into the port to read the trouble code...it says "Unable to communicate or read data".
Lojack says it's the ecu/ key issue.
Ford says the same . The locksmith arrives on Wed. we will see.
Anyone experiencing this...your comments are most welcomed !

It could be a pats issue. When you insert your key does your odometer go to dashes -------? If so that is a sign that the pats has to be reset. The cost is about 75 bucks to have your keys redone. What year is you truck? Also check your fuel reset. If it has been tripped you will not get any fuel.

Is there a message in the warning area of the cluster? Does it read engine in failsafe mode? If so give us a call.Apparently you called the shipping guy yesterday and he was confused.

Thx guys for your input. Locksmith was here today, took $106.00 from me , did his thing with the clear/ erase/recode keys and : NO start up or run.
Pushed it outside as it was tying up a hoist , which was costing me more money:smoke::coffee:
Then I get a call from mab351 , and I think that we have found a gremlin or 2 in the recent flashing of the ecu...what a relief.
Anyway , this F150 may be the guinea pig for getting this ecu running ( ! ), so mab351...it's on its way to you FedEx o'nite #853211976692 , also addressed to your associate JC . I've noted some data in the box also, please read. With any luck, you can rectify the problem, test and return o'nite to us...much appreciated. :D

All is good :)
UPS man brought the round #2 re-flashed ecu and instant start-up. I'll post some pix when I get some free time. The "High idle " (like 2200 rpm ) cold start is gone too --a good thing , as I prefer just over 1200 rpm for cold start. I'm now driving out the rest of the old 87 fuel and experiening some very small amouts of ping--so keeping out of major boost right now. Also running some lines for the boost gauge (not supplied in kit).
If you are planning on a Magnacharger install, pick up new intake manifold and water manifold gaskets, and a t-stat o-ring (dealer). The instructions want you to re-use the old ones, I prefer new, when looking at yanking off the blower again if there is a problem with the old ones:lol:
Also don't attempt tightening the intake bolts without an inch-lbs torque wrench (per the inst. book), they WILL break with very little force.
Anyone considering a roots style blower for their truck, I found the Magnacharger kit to be fully enginnered, and a breeze to install. The ecu deal was simple human error--and very well taken care of.
