04-08 universal air sleeve strut bags!

http://www.universalairsuspension.co...rsal-p-31.html

Found some while searching the web... scratch the navigator air strut idea I had. Just wanted to share this info with yall.

These slide over the strut in place of the coil and are fairly cheap too!!

not bad.
not much info on the force that it can manage and psi rating.

would be real close to the ground with a djm LCA...but the UCA balljoint will be maxed out before that

It says you can achieve a 1" drop with these. No idea on anything other than that. I messaged them on their facebook page. I cant find any installs online either for our trucks. I will probably end up buying thesesometime though...

Neat, but I would pass it up. It's a cheap imitation of a inferior product. If you are going to do it, do it right.

if you did them on 2wd struts with the 1" drop it would be mild, and ride awesome.

Ya, thats all im looking to get is a 1" drop on top of my 3.5 DJM arms so my 22's will fit nicely in the wheel wells... that and my streets are crap so I want a "cush" ride. I can also air them out if I go to a show and have onboard air.

Az... doing it "right" costs a ton of money. These have a warranty to go with them as well and im not looking to lay frame on this truck or I would build my own setup. I have my ranger to lay frame on....

Finally got a reply from UA... they say to use this bag setup for our fullsize trucks, but all it is is a larger bag to lift more at the same pressure that the standard aero sport does. Now we wait for a install picture..

Sorry, I was a little harsh on my first post. They are cheap enough that if they don't work not much is lost. not to mention the warranty.

This 1" drop is that at ride height?

yes, i believe there is a spacer you can put in with the mounting brackets to achieve the 1" drop at ride height... im still waiting for them to send me a picture of them installed on an F-150..... lol

dont worry about being harsh.... im a big boy.
