lincoln navigator air struts?

Anyone ever tried to mount 03-06 lincoln navigator air struts on their F-150?

Im trying to see if they mount on our trucks, I dont have the money to dish out on the fancy air struts so this is why im asking, and there are a few sets for cheap on my local craigslist.

Im also wondering how I can bypass the solenoids to run manual Schrader valves until I get a compressor and my rear bag set up.

Thanks

I'm not sure why you would want to. The Mark VIII had air struts on the front and air suspension on the rear. When they failed, they were so expensive that most owners replaced them with a coil spring kit.

Its not the struts that are failing... its everything else. Ive been researching my butt off and I would like to get these for a better ride up front and adjustability
