I finished up the kick panels. They are not perfect but not bad for the first ones I've ever made. I should of done a little more
finish work before the vinyl, It would of made for a smoother finished product. I thought the vinyl would of hid things a little
better then that. Oh well, lesson learned.

I ran the new 1/0 power and grounds. Big 3 are all 1/0 too. I also installed a 300 amp ANL fuse. I need to get out there and get more picks.
The weather has been kinda ****ty. I ran all all new 14 awg speaker wires to the doors. I still need to run the 4 channel RCA's for mids and highs.
Once I get that done I will start on the box for 2 x 12's and extra set of rear kicker KS 6.5's. I just scored on a couple of amps. I've never used this
brand but Big Dwiz and a few others have given these amps 2 thumbs up so I'm gonna give them a shot.

Finally got a chance to install the driver side kick panel pod. I also ran the 4 channel RCA cable. Now I have everything ran to the
rear to go on to the next thing and that is the sub box and the extra set of 6.5's and another set of tweeters. I came up on another
kicker 12 so now there will be 3 x Kicker Comp R 12's to put me a 1.33 ohms. The new sub amp can put out close to 3100 watts RMS
dynamic @1 ohm load. I will need to tune the output of the amp down to about 46 volts so I don't smoke the kickers. The Mid's and High's
amp will have more than enough power and I will need to set the gain the same way, by output voltage to keep from smokin' stuff.
Total power will be about 1700 watts Dynamic on subs and 1000 watts Dynamic RMS on the mid's and high's. It should sound pretty good.
And yes , I know this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've said it would be a more mellow install. But the truth be told I'm an old school bass head.
I've been doing this for over 30 years kinda of like Steve Meade and can't seem to kick the habit....LOL Oh well I guess...hahaha

I haven't heard it yet. The box is almost done. Once I get everything ready the amps will mount on the box with dampeners. I drilled all the
speaker mounting holes and installed t-nuts and I'll be using security type screws. The box will be mounted to the floor from the inside.
The amps and all of the speakers will be mounted with security type screws too. I will also be building a cargo cover for the rear too.
It should look pretty good when I'm done.

The recessed area is where the amps will go.

I got done with the rear speaker pods and also got the rear tonneau type cover made for the back. I took lots of pics
to show how. I used 1/4 x 20 blind nuts to mount the aluminum angle brackets to the plastic panels. Lightweight
Plywood for the cover itself and grey carpet from O'reillys and glued it down with 3M 90 strength spray contact cement.
The panels that make up the rear cover are removable to allow for transporting bigger items. This is a work in progress
and make adjustments as needed to improve my original design. I did all of this out of my head. I've never seen anyone
ever do any of this. I address each problem as they come up. So far so good. I'm considering making a brace under the
cover to keep it from sagging. It will depend on how the plywood responds to hot and cold weather.

Thank you, I couldn't find a factory style one and I don't think there was ever an option for one.
So I just made one.

I'm pretty close to finishing things up. The Mid's and high's amp went into protect mode and before that it had a soft start and off popping / thump sound.
Skar customer service sent me a UPS shipping label and requested I ohm'd out all 4 channels after the amp was removed. Each channel was fine.
They tested the amp and found the same issues I did and have sent me a new one. while waiting on that I got my windows tinted Limo mover factory in
the back and the solid window on the back doors. I have always been a Polk DB series and Kicker subs person but watched some videos on
Rockville. I needed a few more silk dome tweeters to finish things up and thought I'd give them a shot. They sounded decent the short time before
the amp had issues. I've also heard great things about the K9 series subs. If I smoke any subs I may give them a try. I installed the rear tweeters in the
the 3rd row cup holders because they won't be used for anything anymore.

I finally got some Pics of her relatively clean. I need to work on adjusting x-over points and the amps. My highs are lacking a bit and with the amount tweeters I have the highs should be alot crisper.
The Mids are fine and the subs are over powered but will work until I figure out which ones I want. I was looking at the K 9's but the feed back from EXO and a couple others stopped that. I have also
been looking at the American Bass American Bass XFL-1222 or the XR12D2's. I've also looked at the Skar EVL-12-D2 or the DDX-12 D2. I've always used Kicker Comp R's. My truck has 4 x 15's
and 2 x 12;s and now the Expy has 3 x 12's. This is also my first time using Skar RP Amps. I usually go with Rockford Fosgate Punch's. If anyone has input on the American Bass or Skar's I would
appreciate you honest opinions on their performance and what you are powering them with. My box is 1.58 QF for each sub and I also added 5 lbs of poly fill. General rule is a pound per Sq.Ft.

Thank you Sir, I do like it alot. I get a thumbs up every once in a while, and even though it's lowered it still rides nice.
