New mods

Lately I have seen a few to many copy cats around here. Where I live I was the first Ford Guy that has a heavily modified truck. People have copied a few to many things so I have decided to change it up while their not looking...lol Before

After

I changed badges to the 2007 style. Motorized the tonneau cover. Fabricated a Cervinis tailgate wing to work on the tonneau cover.
Added LED lighting under the tonneau cover. Changed out the back seat to an Expedition 2nd seat with headrest and armrest.
Added 9 inch DVD monitor to rear of center console for those in the back.

Thanks fellas. Right now I'm focused on fixing some paint issues on the cover, roof and hood. I'm gonna smooth out the roof and leave the rain channels and repaint and fix all the rock chips in the hood and repaint. Once all that is done I will probably start on the PTM stuff. I can do that myself. I have a deal with a paint shop to get the other stuff done and the price is nice with warranty. Sorry about the video quality my phone blows but still makes calls and the money could be better spent on the truck..lol

I laugh at these threads. Tons of work into trucks like this and no one comments. Yet someone slaps on a leveling kit and there's 20 posts lol

I'm not a political type guy. Brown nosing is for just that... ars kissing. A lot of folks don't particularly like me due to that fact, or when they get caught blowing smoke up peoples *****. Most don't like getting caught. Some are jealous, some are haters, some are dee te dee's. In the end I have fun and try to respect others opinions and have come to the conclusion that there is no cure for stupid... just joking of course. Some of us are willing to go above and beyond normalcy and hum drum. I get looks everyday both good and bad and in the end I STILL MADE' EM LOOK....HAHAHAHA

Definitely want to see the roof when you're done!!

Much prefer the new style spoiler over the old one

Thank you, The new molded spoiler definitely fits the style and truck much better. The motorized cover was actually pretty easy to do and makes it easy for my wife to open it. She has M.S. and when she has bad days putting things in the back is a snap for her now. I only wish it moved a little faster. The tonneau cover and tailgate are in for paint now and I may be changing the stripes to a darker grey and removing the trim on the doors. After I get all the paint squared away I will be working on building a new engine, I'm shooting for the 400 hp mark.

Yet another Mod done today. Got the door trim removed and polished out.
It took me about 5 minutes to get the trim of with 30lbs test fishing line,
about 25 minutes to strip the adhesive backing off and 1.5 hours to polish out.
All in all went very well and I thinks it looks a **** ton better!
Decided to go with Silver stripes on the side to match the rims. I think it will look better
and be a bit more subtle. The blue worked for this long, time to try another color...lol
