Yes, those shocks would be best for 4-5" drop.

Those wheels make me sad, and miss my last truck....

I've got the bell tech flip kit in the rear of my 04 lariat 2wd and it looks perfect, but it rides like ****! It bounces around like there's no shocks at all! I've tried both sets of their shocks street performance and the nitro drop with no luck! I also tried using shock extenders which actually puts the shocks back to a more normal angle, but that's it! I'm thinking of putting some 4600 series bilsteins on and trying that. Also I've got new extra flip kit, shocks, shackles and leafs for sale.

Did you change to the belltech bump stops? Do you have lift shackles or hangers? If you have just the flip kit, it is too low for it to not have a c notch, and changing shocks wont help.

It has all of that, but the 1" raising shackle didn't lower the truck enough,so I used the shackle that was already in there from the previous owner which is a 2" lowering shackle.the truck sits perfect, but like I said it bounces moderately.Im going to change out to the stock shackle and try that,if that doesn't work I guess I'll either live with it or out the 1" lifting shackle in.i should've bought the ford racing kit, there's still a few around.

Okay so I finally got rid of the rear bounce and the truck sits perfect and rides like a dream now. I have drop spindles in the front with drop springs and stock bilsteins. In the back I have the flip kit with the stock oem shackles, shock extenders and stock bilsteins. Like I said befor I have enough new parts left over to drop another truck or 2 so pm me for info.

hey new to forum was looking around for info on a belltech 3/5 drop for my 04 2wd f150. i got the struts rear flip kit and rear shocks will get here next week. i looked at the instructions for the front and it says nothing about trimming the tie rod ends. i looked on here and you say it will need to be cut. i just want to make sure before i get it all torn apart n have to cut and thread the end. i hope everything clears with my 26s on it.

Is this leveled?

Bought my truck last year, (Mark Lt 4wd) thinking about dropping it. Did the ride height measurements today and got 23.5 center of wheel to fender, at the rear and 24 in the front.
can any other 04-08 f150 or Mark Lt owners confirm what stock rise height should be?

So that would be 3.5/5.5 lower than your stock height. He did struts in the front and a flip kit in the rear, both are fairly easy to do if you know how to work on a vehicle.
I have drop struts on the front of my 08 f150 4x4 and drop shackle in the rear set to 2"drop and drop leafs at 3" drop im thinking about adding a flip kit with the leafs and not sure wat else to put in the front can someone help me out
